Caramel Apples!

I've been wanting to make these for a while, ever since I bought a giant block of caramel. :) Such a fun thing for the kids! We had chocolate, white chocolate, mini m&m's, toffee bits, crushed up oreos and cinnamon sugar. Yum. Can't wait to eat these!

The finished products! The white one in the middle? Over the caramel you drizzle melted white chocolate then cover it in cinnamon sugar - tastes like apple pie! SO GOOD.

Happy Halloween!

Pretty quiet night, the girls came back with pounds of candy (yikes!) and had a lot of fun. The weather was actually pretty good so no winter parkas or soaking wet kids. Yay!

Ainsley is quite the adorable Minnie Mouse - she wore this costume a couple years ago for a ballet recital. Hayley is an Idaho State Bengals fan...we have a good friend who's daughter plays soccer for ISU so since we had the shirt, it was easy enough to make a pennant and voila! Cheap costume!
